Our take
I spent some time with the KTC H27S5C, and it's a solid mid-range curved gaming monitor. The 1500R curve is immersive without being too aggressive, and the 1440p resolution hits a nice sweet spot for both gaming and productivity. The HVA panel gives deep blacks and strong contrast, making games look punchy. Response time felt snappy, and the 144Hz refresh rate kept motion smooth. Adaptive sync worked well with my setup. On the downside, the stand only offers tilt adjustment, and the OSD could be more intuitive. Also, 400 nits brightness is decent for indoor use but not standout. Overall, it's a good value for the price.
